Job Description

Property Manager - Lake Side Villas Lake Side Villas is a premier, newly constructed apartment community in Adel, Georgia. As we prepare to welcome our first residents, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take the lead in establishing and operating the community from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full scope of property management and is ready to build strong systems, deliver excellent service, and help shape the identity of a brand-new property. About the Role The Property Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of Lake Side Villas, including leasing, resident relations, financial performance, and staff coordination. Because this is a new construction community, the position also includes responsibilities related to initial business setup, marketing, and establishing operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both the foundational work required during the launch phase and the ongoing responsibilities of running a successful apartment community. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring a professional and well-maintained environment Lead leasing efforts, including marketing, tours, application processing, and renewals Develop and implement initial business processes and office procedures Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely and effective service Build positive relationships with residents and promote strong resident retention Oversee budgeting, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense management Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards Represent Lake Side Villas professionally within the community and local market Qualifications Previous property management experience is required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to the needs of a new community Experience with leasing, marketing, and resident relations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering a high-quality resident experience Benefits • Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Performance-based bonus plan Lake Side Villas is an exciting opportunity for a property management professional who wants to take ownership of a new community and help establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
