Assistant Property Manager 324 units Parkview Apartments - 3.1 Augusta, GA Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Fair Housing Act Yardi High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Property management company experience Marketing Full Job Description Parkview Apartments is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of one of our residential properties. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the role for you. Property Overview As the Assistant Property Manager , you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions of the community. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, high occupancy, and a great resident experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements Collect rent, post payments, and handle resident account inquiries Help enforce community rules and policies Support resident retention efforts by delivering excellent customer service Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with residents Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy, renewals, and delinquencies Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to attract prospective residents Step in for the Property Manager as needed in their absence Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field (multi-family preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations Experience with property management software - Yardi and RentCafe preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Parkview Apartments is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
