We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to lead the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and achieving operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily property operations. Manage leasing activities, resident retention, rent collections, and occupancy goals. Supervise, train, and motivate leasing and maintenance team members. Maintain excellent resident relations and promptly resolve resident concerns. Monitor property performance and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the community is maintained to company standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations. Prepare reports and communicate property performance to regional management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of multifamily property management experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, collections, and occupancy goals. Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, or similar systems. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
