This Role Is a Great Fit If You Enjoy helping others and building positive relationships Want free housing in exchange for an on-site presence Stay calm under pressure and de-escalate resident concerns professionally Take pride in helping create a safe, welcoming community What You'll Do Conduct routine evening/overnight property rounds to maintain a visible presence (minimum two full rounds daily, documented) Observe and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, lease violations, and suspicious activity Respond to non-emergency resident concerns—noise complaints, parking issues, common-area disturbances Document incidents and report findings to management promptly Contact emergency services when police, fire, or medical assistance is needed Serve as a friendly ambassador for the community through professionalism and great customer service

This is a non-law-enforcement position. Courtesy Officers are not armed and are never expected to physically intervene in confrontational situations. Your role is observation, reporting, and engagement—not enforcement.
