Leasing Manager

We are looking for someone who has experience in the commercial property leasing industry for a commercial property of us in Decatur, GA. You will serve as the "eyes and ears" of the facilities manager and keep them up to date on everyday happenings around the properties. We need someone with excellent communication skills, both by phone and email

Responsibilities:

Utility companies, including turn-ons/shutoffs and utility disputes Notary Certificates of insurance HVAC contracts Obtaining independent contractor agreements Backflow inspections and repairs Office supply control Scheduling life safety inspections Requirements Proven experience in property leasing or real estate administrative roles within a property management company environment Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent conflict management abilities Office experience including data entry, filing, contracts management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in legal administrative processes Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is a plus Demonstrated administrative experience supporting property operations or leasing functions Being detail-oriented is a must, as is being a self-starter with ideas for streamlining any areas that may need improvement. Reliability is required. Candidates must submit to a drug test, credit check, and criminal background check. We are a non-smoking company. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
