Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Marketing Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, emails, and walk‑in inquiries from prospective residents. Follow up with prospects using multiple touch points (call, email, text) to maximize leasing conversions. Conduct property tours, assess housing needs, and highlight community amenities and available units.
Manage the full leasing process:
applications, verifications, screening, lease preparation, and move‑in coordination. Prepare and execute lease renewals, including notices, meetings, and documentation. Generate qualified traffic through marketing efforts such as social media posts, online listings, resident referrals, and outreach to local employers. Conduct community outreach to build partnerships and increase visibility. Resident Relations Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and prospects. Respond promptly to resident questions, concerns, and service requests. Maintain regular communication regarding community updates, policies, and notices. Prepare resident correspondence including lease violations, reminders, and official notices. Assist with planning and hosting resident events to support retention and community engagement. Property Operations & Maintenance Coordination Schedule, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders with staff and vendors. Confirm service completion with residents and conduct follow‑up satisfaction calls within 24 hours. Coordinate make‑ready processes and inspect units after move‑outs for damages or required repairs. Inspect units prior to move‑in to ensure readiness and quality standards. Conduct routine property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Light Maintenance & Grounds Care (Couple Shared Duties) Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs, filters, batteries, and minor repairs. Pick up trash throughout the community and maintain clean common areas. Clean and restock dog waste stations; empty bins and replace bags. Light cleaning of breezeways, laundry rooms, and shared spaces. Assist with basic grounds upkeep to maintain a tidy, welcoming environment. Report larger maintenance issues to the main maintenance team promptly. Financial & Administrative Duties Collect rent, fees, and deposits in accordance with company policies. Review resident ledgers, identify outstanding balances, and communicate payment obligations. Enforce collection procedures and initiate eviction filings when necessary. Ensure all required funds, documentation, and lease agreements are completed before move‑in. Maintain accurate resident files and documentation in the property management system. Qualifications Must be a couple able to work collaboratively and divide responsibilities effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform light maintenance and grounds tasks. Prior experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or property operations is a plus. Professional, dependable, and comfortable living on‑site as community representatives.
Pay:
$25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
