Full Job Description Rate:
$19.00
  • $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
  • Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
  • We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth!
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements Minimum three years of experience on an apartment community. Minimum two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community. Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work one Saturday per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
