Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee affordable housing property with 65 units. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HUD programs and can independently manage compliance, operations, and resident relations.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Full oversight of daily operations for 1 property Managing HUD/Section 8 compliance, including certifications and recertifications Processing move-ins, annual/interim recerts, and maintaining tenant files Ensuring compliance with HUD, EIV, and TRACS reporting requirements Preparing for and responding to audits, REAC/NSPIRE inspections Rent collection, delinquency management, and financial tracking Coordinating maintenance and ensuring timely work order completion Providing strong customer service while enforcing lease compliance
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of Property Management experience with HUD or Section 8 programs (helpful) Strong working knowledge of EIV, TRACS, and HUD compliance procedures (helpful) Ability to manage files independently and pass compliance audits Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Part Time Pay depending on experience 15-20 hours per week
Monday-Saturday Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
