Job Description
About the Role McBride Property Management is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Agent to join our growing team in the Augusta/Evans area. In this role, you'll be our boots on the ground — keeping our properties in top condition and ensuring a great experience for our tenants. What You'll Do Conduct routine property inspections and document findings Perform move-in and move-out walkthroughs Complete quarterly air filter changes and accompanying inspections at managed properties Deliver tenant notices and perform tenant check-ins as needed Communicate findings and follow-up items back to the management team What We're Looking For Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field Strong attention to detail and ability to document conditions accurately Good communication and professionalism when interacting with tenants Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Prior property management or real estate experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Why McBride?
