Position Summary:

The Field Agent plays a vital role and is responsible for ensuring property quality and readiness by conducting move-in, move-out, and pre-move-out inspections, as well as unit turn quality control. This role includes performing periodic condition reports and completing regular vacant property visits. The agent will also handle the placement of "For Rent" signs and lockboxes, and as needed, capture marketing photos, videos, and floor plans to support leasing efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct Move-In Inspections and Unit Turn Quality Control Conduct Move-Out Inspections and Pre-Move-Out Inspections Conduct Periodic Condition Reports Vacant Property Visits For Rent Sign and Lockbox Placement Marketing items as needed Required Skills and Qualifications Attention to Detail Organization and self-discipline Ability to work with technology Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Location and Work Arrangements This role is based in the Augusta, GA area and is primarily fieldwork, with most of the day spent out of the office. Candidates must have reliable transportation and active insurance, and mileage will be reimbursed.
