Job Description
Paragon Asset Managment (PAM) is a national leading Affordable Housing Company specializing in affordable housing industry, ranked # 1 in 2019 by AHF. As a vertically integrated company we maintain in-house capacity across all multifamily facets, including in house acquisitions, full development & construction team, property management, compliance, and social services. We are guided by our core values in excellence, driven by determination to provide best in class quality affordable Housing to our many families and seniors whom we serve. PAM is now seeking to hire a Assistant Property Manager/FSS Coordinator to add to our amazing team
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service Assist with front office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and processing reports/work orders Support property operations such as rent tracking, administrative tasks, and follow-up on assigned items Recruit, enroll, and provide ongoing support to program participants, maintaining accurate records and compliance Conduct orientations, workshops, and one-on-one meetings to assist residents with budgeting, housing resources, and goal setting Develop individualized plans to support participants in achieving housing and financial goals Coordinate with community partners, agencies, and vendors to connect residents with supportive services Assist with outreach efforts, marketing materials, and community events Maintain communication with leadership and ensure all activities meet program and regulatory requirementsQualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in property management, resident services, or social service programs preferred Ability to build strong relationships with residents and community partners Annual recertification Dependable with strong follow-through and work ethic Experience with case management, housing programs, or administrative operations a plus Spanish speaking requiredJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
