Job Description

Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager Are you passionate about managing properties and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, Stintino Management at the Tristan Townhomes in Garden City, Georgia. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Pay:
$21-$23 per hour

PTO Job Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing a 2-asset portfolio Support the Property Manager in ensuring all maintenance and repair requests are handled promptly Help manage tenant relations by providing excellent customer service and addressing resident concerns Assist with implementing property management policies and procedures Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease documentation Maintain accurate records, reports, and leasing documentation Support rent collection, renewals, and occupancy goals
Qualifications:
Assistant property management experience preferred (1-3 years ideal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in OneSite (Real Page) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team As an Assistant Property Manager at Stintino Management, you will play a key role in supporting property operations and enhancing the resident experience.
