Garden Unit count: 304 units The Community Manager is the "go-to" person for a property. They are responsible for overseeing or administering all of the management activities of a given property, as well as the various personnel who also work at the property. This includes day-to-day operations management, physical and financial asset performance, resident relations, and a clear understanding of the industry and changing market. Job Description Manage the on-site operations by achieving budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals. Developing an annual marketing plan and conducting marketing reviews. Prepare, submit, and maintain the annual budget Evaluating unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals. Oversight of the leasing process; approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals. Obtaining bids for all contract services and overseeing routine capital projects. Supervise staff members to ensure goals are met; including hiring, training, and performance management.
