Job Description

Leasing Specialist Southern Coast Properties Key Responsibilities Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms promptly Schedule and conduct property showings Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into signed leases Process rental applications and complete screening procedures Prepare and execute lease agreements Coordinate move-ins and ensure all documentation is complete Maintain accurate and organized leasing files in AppFolio Market available properties across online platforms and social media Monitor vacancy reports and provide updates to management Work closely with maintenance and property managers to ensure units are rent-ready Maintain professional communication with tenants, prospects, and owners Lease renewals and retention efforts Provide updates to owners and tenant regularly

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
