We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing maintenance-related tasks, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues, and maintaining clear communication between various stakeholders, including tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal teams.Responsibilities:
Coordinate 30/60 day notices to tenants regarding upcoming move-outs. Schedule and conduct move-out inspections to assess property condition and potential maintenance needs. Prepare move-out charge estimates and communicate them to tenants. Generate and send disposition letters to tenants outlining deductions and charges. Input and manage estimates for maintenance and repair work. Assign work orders to appropriate vendors and technicians, ensuring timely completion. Manage recurring work orders, scheduling regular maintenance tasks for properties. Schedule and facilitate vendor meetings to discuss ongoing projects, timelines, and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to create and send work orders to tenants and property owners for estimates and approvals. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and communications. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries and concerns related to maintenance.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in property management is a plus. Proven experience in a maintenance coordination or similar role within the real estate or property management industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
