Job Description

Property Manager
  • Jesup, GA Peavy Properties Peavy Properties is actively seeking a strong, results-driven Property Manager to take over and lead operations at a property in Jesup, GA .
This is not a sit-back position. This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive performance, and bring stability to a property that needs hands-on leadership. Position Overview The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, leasing performance, collections, and overall condition of the property . This position requires someone who can manage people, hold a team accountable, and get results. You must be comfortable working independently, making decisions, and stepping in where needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the property Drive leasing, occupancy, and collections performance Manage and hold onsite staff accountable Ensure units are turned quickly and ready to lease Maintain curb appeal and property standards at all times Handle resident relations professionally and efficiently Monitor reports, numbers, and overall property performance Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to keep work moving Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable making decisions and working independently Experience in property management is preferred, but not required Background in management (retail, restaurant, or similar) will be considered Strong communication and problem-solving skills Schedule Monday
