Conduct property tours for prospective renters, highlighting available units and community amenities. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into tenants. Screen applicants by performing background checks, credit checks, and verifying qualifications in accordance with property standards. Prepare and execute leasing documents, ensuring compliance with all regulations and property policies. Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees accurately and on time. Communicate updates to residents regarding lease agreements, policy changes, and property maintenance issues. Foster strong relationships with current tenants by providing personalized and responsive service. Monitor and maintain community facilities, including fitness centers, mailrooms, and laundry areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Off property marketing
