In this vital role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a warm, safe, and engaging environment for residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in coordinating care plans, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence to enhance residents' quality of life. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff providing assisted living, memory care, and nursing services to residents Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care Oversee medication administration ensuring safety protocols and regulatory compliance are maintained Manage operational aspects such as budgeting, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient facility management Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and professional team Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols and emergency procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and residents to promote holistic well-being and community engagement Qualifications Proven experience in long-term care settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group homes with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, or memory support services Knowledge of care planning processes and medication administration standards Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with operations management including budgeting, resource planning, and compliance oversight Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or home & community care experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to resident-centered care Clean Driving record, and must have proven experience of driving a wheelchair accessible van.
