The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure the efficient functioning of property facilities. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and driving sales/lease up all while delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. The Property Manager will play a vital role in maintaining property value and fostering a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities Oversee the management of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations. Supervise maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring timely completion of work orders and projects. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to optimize operational efficiency. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance tasks. Monitor compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage, low voltage systems, and electrical safety standards. Review schematics and technical drawings for facility upgrades or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems. Manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality. Lead project management initiatives for facility improvements or renovations, ensuring timely delivery within scope. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS tools and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. Foster a positive team environment through leadership, supervision, and ongoing training in facilities management best practices. Skills Strong management capabilities with proven supervisory experience in facilities or industrial maintenance settings. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and automation systems integration. Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking work orders efficiently. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously within manufacturing or industrial environments. Mechanical knowledge combined with a solid understanding of industrial maintenance procedures. Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across facilities operations.
