Full-time About the Opportunity Foshee Residential is hiring a Property Manager to lead operations at one of our communities in Rabun Gap, GA . This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who can balance financial performance, team leadership, and community operations —while delivering a strong experience for residents and prospects alike. What You'll DoOperations & Financial Performance
  • Manage property financials , including budgeting and expense control Monitor performance and work toward occupancy and revenue goals Partner with leadership on strategic planning and reporting Team Leadership
  • Supervise onsite staff including leasing, maintenance, and office teams Provide training, coaching, and performance management Foster a collaborative and professional team environment Leasing & Marketing
  • Oversee marketing and leasing strategies Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion Support efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels Maintenance & Community Oversight
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Regional Manager and Director of Maintenance Ensure the community maintains strong curb appeal and operational standards Evaluate property needs and recommend improvements Resident Experience
  • Support resident engagement and retention initiatives Oversee community events and communication efforts Maintain a high standard of customer service What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of property management experience with staff supervision High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong experience with budgeting and property operations Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • OneSite experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid Driver's License required
  • CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred Physical Requirements
