Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this vital role, you will oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in property management, customer service, and legal administrative procedures will drive occupancy rates and foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our property portfolio through proactive leasing strategies and exceptional client engagement. Responsibilities Manage the entire leasing cycle, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease agreements to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure all leasing activities comply with company's policies and procedures Utilize property management software OneSite to enter data accurately, track leads, and generate reports on leasing performance. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, presentable, and compliant with safety standards. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy, providing detailed information about properties and lease terms. Prepare and review contracts Develop and implement upselling strategies to promote additional services or amenities that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Manage conflict resolution between tenants or prospective tenants efficiently by applying conflict management techniques and fostering positive relationships. Building and maintaining a social media presence Qualifications Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property leasing processes. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law. Proficiency in property management software OneSite; experience with Knock is a plus. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities. Strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, contract management, and office administration experience. Knowledge of facilities management principles related to property maintenance and safety standards. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong social media skills and outside marketing. Effective conflict management skills to resolve tenant issues amicably while protecting company interests. Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
