Position Summary As the Contents/Personal Property Insurance Restoration Manager , you will lead the department responsible for leading the teams with inventory documentation, photo documentation, pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return of personal property items affected by disaster-related incidents. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role that combines project management with hands-on coordination. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the contents team and ensure project timelines are met. Conduct inventories of salvageable and non-salvageable items. Manage pack-out and pack-back logistics for residential and commercial projects within insurance parameters. Coordinate with adjusters, homeowners, and staff on scope of work. Ensure accurate documentation and photo records for insurance. Supervise cleaning, deodorization, and storage of contents. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Train and schedule contents technicians and field personnel. Use software to track inventory and project progress. Qualifications Valid driver's license
