Job Description:

Provide visionary leadership for Adult Day Care, Home Care, and company programs Develop innovative, culturally grounded services that uplift the kupuna community Build strong partnerships with hospitals, community groups, and referral sources Collaborate with staff, families, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional care Manage budgets and resources with wisdom and transparency Evaluate program outcomes and champion continuous improvement Represent the company at community events and outreach efforts Seek funding opportunities and craft grant proposals to support new initiatives Stay ahead of trends and best practices in community-based senior care

Position Requirements:
