The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, a background in security, and basic building maintenance knowledge.
Compensation Starting pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 Based on qualifications and experince. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise and support a team of 8-10 Residential Specialists. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly managerial responsibilities. Train new employees on front desk operations, patrol procedures, property rules, and emergency protocols. Conduct regular Residential Specialist meetings to provide training, updates, and communicate departmental expectations. Prepare employee schedules and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed. Inspect and maintain security equipment, staff uniforms, and emergency response equipment, coordinating replacements or repairs as needed. Prepare reports, issue citations and fines, and conduct follow up with the management office when necessary. Investigate and document safety concerns, hazardous conditions, and other property-related incidents. Oversee security and operations throughout the property, including the driveway, loading zones, parking garage, and special parking accommodations. Perform assigned duties and carry out instructions provided by the Resident Manager. Qualifications Requirements include, but are not limited to: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (higher education is a plus). Previous supervisory experience preferred. Background in security and basic building maintenance preferred. Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and legible reports and daily logs. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
