Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior living community. This vital role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional resident care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Residential Manager will foster a warm, safe, and engaging environment for residents while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the work of caregiving staff, including nursing and home care professionals, to ensure high-quality resident services. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory care requirements. Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Manage daily operations including budgeting, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and resident satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of resident progress, incident reports, and care documentation in accordance with legal and organizational policies. Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support holistic well-being. Lead efforts in staff training, supervision, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and competent team. Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or group home environments with a focus on senior or long-term care. Strong background in managing care plans for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience in healthcare or community care settings. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety regulations related to elder care. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets and operational workflows effectively. Familiarity with social work principles, financial acumen related to healthcare management, and home & community care practices. Compassionate approach to working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs such as memory impairments.
