Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site or Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations of our condominium property. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional property management, maintaining high owner satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring energy, organization, and a proactive approach to managing property, maintenance, and administrative functions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Board members, residents, vendors, and staff, fostering a positive community environment while ensuring operational excellence.
Salary range:
Starts at $70,000 (with housing) / $105,000 (without housing) Responsibilities Overseeing the entire property including building exteriors, landscaping, pools and parking lots. Scheduling and coordinating needed repairs in order of importance. Working with the association board to plan tor and fund future projects. Supervising maintenance staff and office staff. Directing all projects, including drafting scope of work and obtaining bids. Overseeing office files and records. Issuing notices of house rule violations and working with residents to prevent/correct problems. Skills Office experience with data entry, filing systems, phone etiquette, and general administrative tasks Facilities management expertise including property maintenance oversight and vendor coordination Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to team leadership and resident engagement Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Site or Resident Manager if you're passionate about creating vibrant communities through proactive management!
