Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Member Experience Manager (MXM) to lead our member engagement initiatives and elevate the overall experience for our community. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic programs, foster strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints. Your leadership will inspire teams, streamline processes, and create a vibrant environment where members feel valued, supported, and motivated to participate actively. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive member experience strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance engagement. Lead, supervise, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and quality control. Foster multilingual communication channels to accommodate a diverse membership base, ensuring clarity and inclusivity in all interactions. Analyze member feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovate new initiatives. Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that benefit members while supporting organizational objectives. Oversee training programs to develop team leadership skills, improve service delivery, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Skills Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives from conception to completion. Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a global membership community. Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively. Excellent management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making. Negotiation expertise combined with sales acumen to build partnerships that enhance member value propositions. Customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction. $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
