This role is vital in ensuring exceptional resident experiences, maintaining property standards, and managing leasing activities. The ideal candidate will bring energy, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of property management regulations to drive community success. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination Conduct property tours, lease negotiations, and upselling of available units to prospective residents Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and other relevant legal requirements Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety and aesthetic standards Handle legal administrative tasks such as contracts, lease agreements, and legal notices related to landlord-tenant law Utilize ManageAmerica software for data entry, reporting, and record keeping Resolve conflicts effectively through strong conflict management skills while maintaining positive resident relationships Experience Proven experience in property management with a focus on multi-family residential communities, manufactured home experience is preferred Strong knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations Experience using Yardi or OneSite property management platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support functions Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Demonstrated ability in negotiation, contract management, and conflict resolution Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices Join us as a Property Manager to lead vibrant communities with enthusiasm and professionalism!
