Community Service Officer I (Part Time) The Cedar Falls Public Safety Department is accepting applications for Community Service Officers (CSOs). This is an entry level position where applicants see firsthand how a Public Safety Department operates and is ideal, but not required, for individuals interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement. Duties will include, but not be limited to, responding to incoming Public Safety service requests via calls and walk-ins, radio operation, data entry, fingerprinting, and monitoring calls for service and prisoners in temporary holding cells.
