This individual is responsible for the overall success of the community, including financial performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, leasing activity, and property operations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage competing priorities, develop high-performing teams, anticipate operational needs, and implement strategies that support occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions. Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members while fostering a positive and productive team environment. Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, delinquency, and resident retention efforts. Analyze market conditions, competitive properties, and local trends to support pricing and marketing strategies. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the resident lifecycle, from prospect inquiry through move-out. Respond to resident concerns and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall community standards are maintained. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract services as needed. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members. Review financial reports and assist in managing expenses in accordance with budget expectations. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions proactively. Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and applicable laws. Prepare reports and communicate property performance updates to leadership. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience. LIHTC experience preffered. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of leasing, resident retention, budgeting, and property operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong customer service orientation with a resident-focused approach.

Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement. Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. High level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
