Job Description
We are looking for an upbeat residential property manager to oversee our 76 unit community. The residential property manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our community and tenant satisfaction. Some job duties include but are not limited to scheduling maintenance repairs, overseeing onsite staff, enforcing rental terms, collecting rent and other property fees, investigating and resolving complaints and rental violations, maintain relationships with outside contractors, posting notices to residents, and preforming inspections after residents vacate.
