Job Description
Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a RA/MM, you will: Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols. Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Open Shifts Available:
PT Overnights (10:00p - 6:00a)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age (This is a company policy due to the requirement of this position to handle medication) Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others Strong communication and teamwork abilities Previous AL experience is preferred What We Offer Starting pay rate based on years of experience Shift Differentials for 3rd shift of $4 an hour!
