This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning, safety, and efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, problem solving skills, and experience in facilities management to lead maintenance teams effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property condition, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and enhance tenant satisfaction through strategic oversight and hands-on management. Duties Oversee daily operations of apartment communities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment Serve as the main contact for residents; handle inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests Manage leasing activities, including marketing units, conducting tours, and screening applicants Execute and renew leases while enforcing community policies Collect rent, track delinquencies, and assist with budgeting and expense monitoring Coordinate maintenance staff and vendors; apply working knowledge of maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to assess issues and prioritize repairs Conduct regular unit and property inspections Ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations, including handling evictions when necessary Have knowledge of eviction process Maintain accurate records using property management software Experience Some leasing and/or management experience in facilities or property management with supervisory responsibilities Some apartment maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience Conducted property inspections to maintain safety and appearance standards Ensured compliance with housing regulations and lease agreements Ability to communicate fluently in English with excellent written and verbal skills Join us if you're ready to lead property operations with energy, expertise, and a passion for excellence!
