Job Description

$27 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy Execute leases & income/asset certifications for residents Collect and process rent and security deposit payments Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures Provide professional resident relations
Qualifications:
Excellent leadership, supervisory and people skillsTax Credit Property Management experience preferred 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication skills, and computer skills Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Newbury Living?
