Role Compensation:
$21- 23 an hour + Quarterly bonus potential + Commissions (Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, + occasional weekends The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one year bookkeeping, accounting, financial or related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
