Job Description

A Body & Mind Health Services, LLC is seeking to employ a CBRS/CM Supervisor. We embrace physical fitness, nutrition, outdoor activities, and community involvement as a core principle and culture of our mental health counseling services. We select the best evidence-based methods to help our clients recover, because true health and happiness comes from treating the person, not just their symptoms. We are seeking self-driven individuals looking to grow a team and develope new providers . CBRS is an individualized skill building service that utilizes evidence-based therapeutic education to increase independence and decrease issues related to mental illness in home, school, work, and the community. We educate our clients on Coping Skills, Problem Solving techniques, Social Skills, Psychiatric Symptoms Management, and Basic Living Skills. This is an essential position for our team, focused on supervising providers, writing treatment plans, and managing the tracking, reporting, and submission of authorizations.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Direct supervision of providers and clinical oversight.
Job Requirements :
Bachelors Degree:
Any bachelors degree or preferred in Primary Ed, Special Education, Adult Education, Counseling, Human Services, Early Childhood Development, Family Science, Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or Social Work (with current state license) 18 years or older Must be able to pass a background check Must have a car and a valid drivers license Must have valid car insurance
Pay:
Competitive DOE and will include a benefits package for full time employees which includes insurance, paid vacation, continuing education assistance, PRA (CPRP) certification assistance, paid mental health day, and bonuses.
