Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing comprehensive property tours and answering all questions about leasing options, amenities, and community policies Manage the full leasing cycle, including application processing, credit checks, background screening, and lease signing Utilize property management software such as Appfolio to input data accurately, track leads, and generate reports Negotiate lease terms with applicants while upholding company policies and legal standards; prepare and review contracts for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule property inspections and address tenant requests promptly Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law Proficiency in property management software such as Appfolio Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell amenities or services that enhance resident satisfaction Legal administrative experience related to contracts, leases, or real estate documentation is highly desirable Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, and general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality Join us as a Leasing Specialist and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating welcoming communities through exceptional service!
