In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, delivering a personalized and elevated living experience while overseeing multiple units across one or more communities. You will coordinate and conduct showings, manage the move-in and move-out process, support resident relations initiatives, and collaborate closely with centralized teams for accounting, maintenance, marketing, and operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and community management. This role will primarily support communities within Utah (including Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Summit, and Utah counties) with occasional coordination with our corporate office in Draper, UT. Reliable transportation is required, as regular travel between communities is an essential function of this position. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and "face" of the community as well as a representative of Maxx Property Management Manage multiple units across one or more communities Coordinate and conduct showings for prospective residents Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries via phone, email, and text Collaborate with centralized teams (accounting, maintenance, marketing, and operations) Maintain community standards and ensure compliance with HOA guidelines Conduct annual unit inspections to preserve asset quality Support resident engagement, activities, and lease renewal initiatives Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations on rents and incentives Assist Regional Manager with additional duties as needed Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Experience and Skills 1+ year of experience in sales, property management, or real estate preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with AppFolio and/or Z-Inspector is a plus Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work independently Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Positive attitude with a flexible, problem-solving mindset Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health and dental insurance Paid time off Additional company perks and internal promotion opportunities Opportunities for growth and expansion within the company Schedule 8-hour shift Monday to Saturday Weekends required This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
