Property Manager

Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Oversee the leasing process, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
• Oversee maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare reports on occupancy rates, leasing activity, and financial performance.
• Meet property financial goals, including income and expenses.

Bonuses possible for exceeding quarterly performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of sales techniques for leasing apartments or properties.
• Ability to handle conflict management situations effectively.
