OPEN LIVE-IN POSITIONS

(Housing Benefit on Site): Residential Care Manager The Residential Care Manager serves as the primary stabilizing presence within the home, carrying the majority of weekly residential coverage (typically around 5 days per week) while helping maintain the structure, continuity, emotional steadiness, and daily rhythm of the home. This role is ideal for someone who naturally creates calm, consistency, stability, and healthy structure within a shared living environment. Resident Advisor & Community Outreach Coordinator The Resident Advisor serves as a supportive relational presence within the home, walking closely alongside residents through daily life, emotional challenges, encouragement, mentorship, accountability, and healing. This role also serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator, helping strengthen relationships between the home and the surrounding community while supporting volunteers, mentors, donations, outreach opportunities, and practical household needs. This role provides supplemental live-in residential coverage during remaining scheduled shifts and is ideal for someone who is compassionate, relationally engaged, emotionally mature, organized, and naturally encouraging.

Key areas of responsibility include:

$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
