Right now, we're hiring a Full-Time Residential House Manager for one of our CILA homes in Alton, IL— this isn't just a job, it's a chance to lead, make an impact, and be part of something meaningful every single day. As a House Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the home — helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives in the community. You'll lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, coordinate medical appointments, and keep the home running smoothly — all while building relationships that truly matter.
