The ACM supports the Community Manager with day-to-day operations, helps maintain a positive team environment, and contributes to marketing, occupancy, and financial goals. Pay:
Starting from $21-$23/hour (commensurate with experience) + commissions + quarterly bonuses Benefits we offer you: Competitive Compensation Commission for New Leases and Renewals Quarterly Bonus Eligibility Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance FSA Wellness Program Employer Paid Life Insurance Benefit Employer Paid Long Term Disability Benefit Paid Maternity Leave 401(K) Profit Sharing with generous company match 13 Paid Holidays (including your birthday and your work anniversary) Paid Vacation and PTO Two (2) Volunteer Days to support your favorite charitable organization(s) Employee Assistance Program Continuing Employee Education and Development Qualifications and Responsibilities Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced residential rental community Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current Assist with rent collection and service of 5 day notices Strong focus on financial responsibilities, including rent collection, delinquency management, and serving 5-day notices Coordinate resident move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM Monday through Friday schedule. Available to work Saturdays as needed Comply with industry legal requirements related to all Fair Housing laws Performing any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager or Vice President of Operations About Us TLC Management is a Chicagoland based company that exclusively owns, operates and manages each of its residential communities.
