PAY RATE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
•$37.00 One (1)
FT Position Available :
Monday•Friday from 8:00 AM•4:30 PM On-Call/OT/Weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs:
Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations for a high-rise Multi-Family residential property. Perform and/or delegate skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and general building maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely, high-quality completion of all repairs.
Preventative Maintenance:
Develop and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently. Schedule inspections and coordinate equipment upgrades or replacements to maintain compliance with safety and energy standards.
Emergency Response:
Provide leadership during on-call rotations and respond to escalated maintenance emergencies (leaks, outages, HVAC failures). Direct staff and vendors to ensure swift resolution of critical issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory. Monitor expenses, assist with budgeting, and report maintenance metrics to management.
Resident Relations:
Ensure professional and timely communication with residents regarding service requests and building updates. Resolve escalated concerns and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and health standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY ARE MANDATORY.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
HVAC, EPA
Universal Certification
REQUIRED
Valid Driver's License Minimum 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and communication.

This is a skilled maintenance leadership position, not a janitorial role.
