This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing property performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in facilities management to create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for tenants and staff alike. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead property operations with energy and precision, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations Coordinate maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule repairs and track work orders Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of service and safety compliance Manage facilities systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage components—and mechanical equipment Review schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, or industrial machinery Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet safety regulations and operational standards Lead project management initiatives for renovations or upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints Utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics during maintenance activities Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using CMMS software Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to promote a collaborative environment Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, electrical wiring—including high voltage and low voltage—and industrial machinery Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting diagrams for complex systems Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing or industrial settings Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance planning and record-keeping Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Fluency in English with strong communication skills for team leadership and stakeholder interactions Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a safety-first culture Knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial environments is highly desirable Join us as a Property Manager to lead our facilities into a future of operational excellence.
