On-Site Property Manager Longview Management Group Inc. East Saint Louis, IL Job Details Full-time $5,000 a month 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Phone communication Trailer towing Driver's License Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of a 120 space mobile home park located in Cahokia, IL. This is a full time position that requires both indoor office work, as well as outdoor hands-on maintenance work.
Indoor Office work:
Collecting and depositing rent. Handling tenant calls and complaints. Obtaining bids from vendors. Enforcing rules by speaking with tenants and handing our violations. Reporting to the Regional Manager via phone and email.
Outdoor Maintenance work:
Mowing, edging, triming, blowing, spraying weeks. Triming bushes and tree branches. Hauling trash, debris, and green waste to the local dump/landfill. Light plumbing work. General maintenance and repair work. Supervising vendors. You will be in contact with the Regional Manager on a regular basis via phone and email. The Regional Manager will teach you how to be an effective property manager for our company. You will earn a salary of $5,000 per month. Health insurance is not provided, but you'll have the independence to manage the property without direct day-to-day supervision. This flexibility and autonomy are benefits our employees value.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly via email and telephone. Driver's license. Pass a background check. Own a vehicle that can tow a light trailer to the dump. Please tell us about yourself, your job skills, and why you think this job would be a good fit for you.
