Real Estate Property Manager About the Role Real Estate Company is seeking a Real Estate Property Manager to join our team! We are a dynamic corporation that focuses on multi-family investments and operational management. Most importantly, we are a company driven by all of our talented employees. We invest a large amount of our energy into developing a culture where everyone can succeed! We are seeking a team player and individual who will manage a multi-family property near the Godfrey, IL area. As a Real Estate Property Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Ensure you consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff. Responsible to manage financial aspects of the property inclusive of collections and budgeting. Administer marketing plans and property showings to increase occupancy. Develop high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs. Coordinate proper maintenance to enhance the physical attractiveness of the property.
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range:
$50,000 to $54,000 We are Proud to Provide Our Property Managers with: • Competitive compensation plus eligibility to earn commissions and bonuses Qualifications 1-2 years of property experience preferred Retail and Hospitality experience highly transferable and desirable At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
