The ideal candidate has leasing and property management experience with strong social skills to connect with residents. The Assistant Property Manager is a leader who has a true passion for people and learning.
Location:
Park 150 Apartments 150 W. St.
Charles Rd Pay:
$24-26 per hour, depending on experience, plus generous bonuses, commission opportunities, and affordable benefits!
Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including resident relations, reporting, property maintenance, property appearance & condition, collections, and general leasing activities.
  • Discover the needs of current and prospective residents and work with them to overcome challenges.
Assist with processing invoices, lease applications, move-in and move-out information, renewal letters, and any other administrative work related to resident relations. Work with maintenance team to ensure that maintenance requests are handled on an immediate basis and that any delays are properly communicated.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal team, customers, residents, and service providers.
  • Manage rent collections, renewals, and apartment turnovers.
  • Ensure professional product preparation, including unit interiors and community common areas, by inspecting daily and offering guidance about improvement opportunities.
Maintain awareness of market conditions and trends. Provide effective assistance in all other matters as directed by the
Property Manager Requirements:
  • Leasing and/or Property Management experience required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Knowledge of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, and vendors. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong work ethic.
