On-Site Property Manager

Health insurance, 401(k), Paid time off Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multifamily property. You will be responsible for handling leasing, collections, and coordinating maintenance to ensure the property remains profitable and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Leasing:

Manage the entire leasing process including responding to inquiries, showing units, running applications/background checks, and managing the move-in process.

Rent & Collections:

Handle monthly rent collections and manage delinquency according to company policy.

Maintenance Coordination:

Assign and track maintenance work orders. Manage unit turnover with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure quick turnaround times.

Project Management:

Oversee various property-level projects and vendor schedules.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly property reports to ownership regarding occupancy, financials, and maintenance status.

Requirements:

Previous experience in multifamily property management. Strong understanding of rent collection and delinquency processes. Ability to manage maintenance workflows and vendor relationships. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc. preferred). Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
