Property Management Assistant Employment Type:
Part-Time (Flexible hours possible) We are seeking a responsible and organized Property Management Assistant to support daily operations in a busy property management office. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the real estate or property management field—we are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Duties:
Answer and route incoming calls, including maintenance requests Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with rent collection and data entry Maintain and organize tenant files (physical and digital) Prepare leases, notices, and other documents as needed
On-Site Property Tasks:
Show available units to prospective tenants Conduct property inspections and assist with move-in/move-out walkthroughs Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for repair and upkeep Help schedule appointments, repairs, and follow up on work orders
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, and property management software a plus) Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service is a plus — but we are open to training the right candidate
Compensation:
Based on experience and willingness to train
Schedule:
Part-time with potential for more hours based on performance and need
