MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Bachelor's degree Experience in public school setting Demonstrate ability to manage conflict
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Effective communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff, and community members. Demonstrate ability to coordinate and supervise staff, including scheduling, delegation of duties, and supporting staff performance and evaluations. Experience supporting or coordinating family services and community resources Demonstrate leadership qualities including initiative, problem solving, flexibility, and creativity.
